About PSA
The Presbyterian Student Association (PSA) is a college campus ministry on the campus of Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN. Our ministry consist of about 25-30 close nit college age students eager to learn more about our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Although we are Presbyterian in name we want to welcome students from all walks of the Christian Faith. Our prayer is to see college age students on the campus of Tennessee Tech University find and grow in their love for Jesus Christ and we invite you to come and journey with us at PSA.

Leadership
PSA is led by our great Campus Minister, Rev. Pat Handlson, of First Presbyterian Church Cookeville. We also are lead by First Presbyterian’s Parish Associate Rev. Erin Angel and First Cumberland Presbyterian's New Associate Pastor Rev. Perryn Rice. The all do an awesome job. In addition to our campus ministers we are led by an adult council and a student council. The adult council is made up of members of both sponsoring churches. The student council is made up of PSA students that are voted on each year.

Worship
Every Tuesday night we gather at the PSA house for a hot dinner at 5:30 PM prepared by one of the two sponsoring congregations. After that we prepare our hearts to hear the word from our campus minister.
The House
All of our meetings are held at the PSA house at 629 North Cedar Ave. The house is located right across the street from the Baptist Campus Ministry house. Come by and say hello. If you need help finding us ask us, via the Contact Us page.
Tuesday/Thursday Lunch
Every Tuesday at 11:00 AM (Tech’s Dead Hour) we meet for lunch and Bible study at the house. On Thursdays we meet at 11:00AM (Tech’s Dead Hour) for lunch and conversation. This is part or our weekly activities; so hope to see you there.
Missions
Every school year we take a mission trip during Tech’s spring break. In the past we have done an inner city mission trip to Dallas, TX. This year we decided to change it up a bit and help out with Katrina Relief in Mississippi. We are now planning for next year’s spring break trip to Houma LA. If you are interested in going pop us an email. We would love for you to join us.
Dig Deep
Every Sunday night around 8:00 PM we have a student led bible study called, Dig Deep, at the house. Right now we are doing Focus on The Family’s, The Truth Project. It has been going really well and we hope to finish it up in the next couple of weeks. After we finish up with The Truth Project we will start a book study on John Stott's book, Basic Christianity. If you would like to go ahead and get a copy; they are about $4.00 dollars at any Christian book store. See ya soon!!!
Local Churches
PSA is sponsored by two wonderful congregations in Cookeville. First Presbyterian Church and First Cumberland Presbyterian Church do so much for us and we thank them dearly. If you are looking for a place to worship while you are at Tech either one of these churches would love to see you on Sunday mornings.
